For small group up of 10 people for a 3 course degustation, individually plated we charge $100 per person

For shared plates (ratio 1 every 4 people) with a selection of 8 items to split across 2 or 3 courses, we charge $120 per person

For shared plates (ratio 1 every 4 people) with a selection of 10 items to split across 2 or 3 courses, we charge $150 per person

When dealing with larger groups, we experience the best way is to have a couple of food item in canape format for when people start to gather initially

Followed by 2 or d 3 entree and then 3 mains and 1 salad

To conclude 1 or 2 dessert again in a canape format to finish off with ease

Minimum spent $1500
